INFORMATION🐾🐶
Here is some information about our adoption process:
*All puppies are not listed as available until at least one week of age so that I can know hair length & make sure we are thriving.
However I will post pictures and videos of them frequently. 🐾
*If you are interested in a puppy and wish to purchase, a NON-REFUNDABLE D E P O S I T
must be made to hold the puppy.
D E P O S I T must be paid within
24 hours, if not I will move on to the next adoptee.
This is deducted from the total 💸 of the puppy.*
* I do everything with contracts and receipts 🧾
*I have started a regular wait list but do not accept any deposits in advance of the 1 week mark unless otherwise specified.
PLEASE RESPECT THIS.
*If interested in being placed on my Priority Wait list for any upcoming litters,
D E P O S I T can be paid in advance. You will then be documented in order of received for priority waitlist following breeder selection. All puppies will be listed once I know they are thriving, priority list will be contacted first.
*Please remember I have every right to NOT let you adopt one of my babies. I will not be threatened, talked to disrespectfully or BRIBED to receive a puppy from me.💙
*All puppies will go home at minimum 8 weeks of age, and MUST be picked up on Pick up date. If you do not contact me prior to pick up week then I will Move forward and you will forfeit your deposit. .
It is your responsibility to come pick up your new puppy once they are ready for new homes! *
*Upon pickup of puppy the remaining balance is due immediately and must be made in __C A S H ONLY*__
*If you do not have the full amount at pick up in cash, the process will stop IMMEDIATELY and you will lose your
D E P O S I T and I will move forward with another adoptee.
THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
*ABSOLUTELY NO MORE payments will be made through any apps other than the deposit*
* D E P O S I T is made through cash app or zelle. 💰
Reservation D E P O S I T S are sent as FRIENDS & FAMILY, only.
Puppy name is the ONLY note.
If you send it as business or goods and services I will send back what was received and puppy will not be held until sent correctly.
💥 Contract/Invoice is also required for safety of both buyer & seller💥
ALL PUPPIES COME WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Custom Tote, Collar, toy, blanket, sample of food from Royal Canines puppy club (full of info )
puppy pads, first set of shots, deworming (2,4,6 and 8 weeks of age), heartworm/flea/tick prevention that you can start once you get puppy; and all paper work stating what each puppy has received, contract, and registration paperwork if registered.
Our babies come pre-spoiled and loved. So they can live confidently in their new homes! 🐶 🐾
IF YOU do not receive a paper contract for any reason; the contract is still VALID BECAUSE IT IS PLACED ON OUR PAGE!

I will let you know the date for the week of pick up ON the day you reserve or inquire on said pup,
but the time will not be decided UNTIL closer to that week as my family is involved in other events and sports, please respect this.
Prior plans(at time of D E P O S I T) need to be made prior to meeting place.
*IF YOU WANT ME TO MEET YOU ANYWHERE ELSE that is not my designated spot, I will charge an extra fee based on the location. This will need to be paid before I leave to meet you. 🚌
If you do not arrive at the agreed upon time a fee of $50 per hour will be added to the amount due at pickup. This must be paid at pickup, if not then the process will stop and deposit will be forfeited.
If you need a puppy to stay an extra week after the l set pickup date,
I am able to provide this however I will charge $100 per extra week puppy is here and include it within pick up price.
☀️ We do offer stud services , depending on female we may want PICK of litter. So pm us if interested. We have contracts available and will be signed prior to drop off.☀️
🐾😎 Stud prices are currently 💲750 for CKC and 💲850 for AKC and due at breeding session.
If not paid by pickup you cannot leave with dam until payment is made.
Pick of litter will always be FIRST PICK female NO EXCEPTIONS (this is to select females only)
