A couple FYI’s:
1. No more bookings 11/24-11/30!
2. No more bookings 12/22-1/4!
3. We will prioritize regular, community dog and cat booking requests for the foreseeable future. We do not want any dogs that have been boarded at other kennels within the last 3 months. We do this to protect our community pets from the respiratory diseases that are prevalent this time of year.
4. We REQUIRE the kennel cough vaccine EVERY SIX MONTHS. 🙏

It’s been all bananas busy as ever, here’s a few pics from the last couple weeks! We’ve been getting to know some new daycares……welcome Story and Cora! Also we’re just enjoying the beautiful, fleeting days of fall. 🍂

We are booking the next 3 months. The week of Thanksgiving is full with a wait list, as is Dec 20-Jan 4.

Book by calling or texting 366-1494, going to redroverboarding.com, or messaging this page. You can also catch us in the grocery store, but we’ll probably forget your dates. And probably who we talked to🤷🏻‍♀️.

We usually book out a week during slow times and at least a month for busy times.

Our online booker is a REQUEST to book, just because it says there’s room doesn’t mean we can accept your booking. We review the request and accept or deny it based on staffing and other variables.

We are a tiny business and don’t have, or want, staff to run it 24/7/365. If we need to close Red Rover because we’re absent, we’ll post that here.

Our customer hours are:

Sunday: 4-6 pm
Monday-Friday: 8-10 am and 3-6 pm
Saturday: Closed

After 10 years in business, we have found these hours accommodate the majority of our customers.

We have regular hours to provide routine for the dogs, our family, and our neighborhood.

It’s been really busy and all the dogs are doing great.

It was a tough week for all the humans as our neighbor passed away quite suddenly from cancer. Tucker was a kind and hard working fixture in our community. We will miss him. Our condolences to his friends and family🙏

We have a couple sets of dogs doing “long term” stays, which for us is 15-20 nights. We have kept dogs for up to 6 weeks, and cats for 4 months. We always do trial stays of a couple nights to make sure the dogs are ok with a long stay! We like to be really familiar with you and your pets prior to a long term stay.

Our long terms are doing great! We are sure to provide whatever we can to make their stay comfortable……that might mean more affection, walks outside the yard, individual playtime, whatever. Your pet is our #1 priority!❤️
