Kish Dog Park

Kish Dog Park Kish Dog park is now open. We have a small dog area is for dogs under 30 pounds, and a large dog area for dogs over 30 pounds. We now have lights.

The park is currently open 7 days a week, during daylight hours. There is no charge for use of the park, but donations are accepted and will be used to maintain and upgrade the park. If you or your business would like to make a donation, please contact us via private message or the email address listed below.

***Update*** Hey all, we are moving the dog park committee meeting to the Cedar Pavilion at the park since it looks like it's going to be raining during the meeting.

The next meeting of the Dog Park Committee will be on Wednesday, July 9th, at 5:30 PM at the dog park. Everyone is invited to attend.

Also, our next dog park clean up day is Saturday, July 19th, at 9 AM. All levels of help needed. If you would like to help, just show up.

The next clean up day at the dog park will be this Sunday, June 29th, at 9 AM. We will be laying turf on the big dog side & filling holes that were dug by our furry friends. Anyone wanting to help is welcome to join us.

Next Kish Dog Park Committee meeting is this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. We'll try for the Cedar Pavilion at the park. Anyone is free to attend to learn what is being planned, or to give us suggestions for the dog park.

Update: We are moving our clean up day to tomorrow, April 27th, due to the ongoing rain.

Kish Dog Park is looking for volunteers to participate in their clean up day on Saturday, April 26th, starting at 10 a.m. at the park. We will be performing general dog park maintenance. Any level of experience is welcome.

**Update - Due to the rainy forecast, we will be rescheduling our clean up day to next Saturday, Oct. 5th, at 10am.**

We are having our last scheduled clean up day of the year at the dog park next Saturday, Sept. 28th, at 10am. We are planning to lay turf, fill holes, & put up some signs. Anyone is welcome to come help out. It's a community dog park & it takes members of the community to help keep it looking nice. It generally only lasts about 2 hours at the most. The more people that participate, the less time it will take. Won't you please consider joining us?

Next dog park committee meeting is tomorrow, July 9th, at 6:30pm. We are having it at the Dunkin by the park due to the extreme heat.

We are in need of volunteers for the next dog park clean up day, which is scheduled for June 29th at 9 AM. We will be filling holes, hanging signs, & finishing the landscaping border around the tree in the lower area. Typical clean up days last around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The more help we have, the less time it takes to complete the tasks.

The next Dog Park Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18th, at 6:30 PM at the Cedar Pavilion, which is the newer pavilion behind the softball field. All are welcome to join us. You don't need to be a member to attend & there is no obligation to join the committee if you do attend.

The first Dog Park volunteer day was a great success that we are putting together MORE dates!
Everyone is welcome to come on July 22nd from 7am-10am to help us with cleaning up the park and set up equipment as it comes in!

Next dog park meeting: July 11th at 6pm in the Dog Park parking lot! All are welcome as we discuss how to better our park!
