We are thrilled to officially welcome Alexis to the Creative Dog team at our new Lewisburg location! 🎉🐶
After years of building meaningful relationships with pets and their families, Alexis is beginning an exciting new chapter — and we’re honored that she’s chosen to continue her grooming career with us. Her dedication, skill, and genuine care for every pet she works with are evident, and it’s clear that grooming is more than a profession for her — it’s a lifelong passion. ✨💕
We also want to sincerely thank our clients for their patience and understanding over the past few weeks. During the busy holiday season, we worked hard to accommodate as many pups as possible while continuing to prioritize safety, quality, and the individualized care each pet deserves. 🫧💛Expanding thoughtfully has always been important to us, and welcoming Alexis allows us to better serve our community without compromising the standard of care you trust us with.
🐶 Alexis will begin grooming with us on January 13th at Creative Dog in Lewisburg.

Cub Pack 3538 Trunk-or-Treat at Central Penn Bank (5th & Market)

Gouly-wood Walk at the Campus Theatre — orange carpet, live feed & “paparazzi” photo ops

Tarot readings at the ticket booth

Disco Bear Puppet and Fall Selfie Station outside Barnes & Noble

🧡 Afternoon Fun (1–3 PM)

Spooktacular at the Arts Council Gallery (Water Street) — crafts, games, giveaways, magician & juggler

“Show Us Your Kitties” Walking Tour hosted by the Scratching Post Cat Café — a guided stroll through downtown featuring cats in their historic homes! ($15 donation benefits Cherish Cats Rescue)

Campus Theatre: Hocus Pocus — Doors open at 6 PM, show starts at 7 PM. Sponsored by Service 1st Federal Credit Union

RiverStage Theatre: The Haunting of Hill House — Doors open at 7 PM, show starts at 7:30 PM. $2 off tickets for anyone in costume!

🐾 Community Involvement (October 25 Only)

The Scratching Post Cat Café and local merchants are collecting donations to support Cherished Cats Nonprofit.

Drop-off at: Black Dog Jewelry, Retrah/Dwellings, Brushstrokes, The Scratching Post Cat Café, Campus Theatre, The Mercantile, and Mondragon Bookstore.

Canned cat food (pâté style)

Fancy Feast kitten food (pâté style)

This weekend, our whole team had a blast at the Lewisburg YMCA’s Dog Days of Summer event! We loved meeting so many pups (and their humans!) while serving up our 🍦 loaded pup cups, giving out grooming advice, and even raffling off a FREE Spaw Day package. 🛁 It was such a joy to be surrounded by our amazing community and to share what we love most — keeping our pets looking and feeling their very best.
A big thank you 💕to everyone who stopped by our stand — we can’t wait to see you (and your furry kids) again soon at Creative Dog! 🪄🫧✨
