DRNM needs your help.
We do not have a facility to house our available Dobermans and, as with most rescue organizations, approved fosters are very limited. When our fosters are full and we find a Doberman in a dire situation, we board them with a trusted trainer where they receive excellent care, grooming when necessary and training as needed.
In 2024, DRNM spent over $9600 to board Dobermans for which we had no fosters. Some were short stays, but we also had several long term stays (90-200+ days) which included substantial vet care. We're happy to report that all of the dogs we boarded in 2024 have been safely adopted into loving homes.
Sadly, our current budget does not allow for boarding, especially long-term. This severely impacts our ability to pull Dobermans from dire situations. If we can't house a dog, we can't pull the dog. Would you consider helping us rebuild our boarding fund?
