Job description
Pet Cremation Specialist

We are a growing family owned and operated pet crematory company based in Lewes, DE that offers its employees competitive pay, generous paid time off program, healthcare assistance program, 401K retirement program, dental program, bonus opportunities, and industry certification and training.

The Company: Parsell Pet Crematory has been serving Delaware pet families since 1999 and is a part of the Parsell Family Funeral Homes. We are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

The Position: We’re looking for a full-time Pet Cremation Specialist with a high school diploma or better, a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record, an eagerness to learn, and a desire for a meaningful role to serve pet families in the time of need. You will be responsible for the cremation process, transporting pets, and all customer service aspects of the company.

- You must pass background checks

- You must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.

- You must be comfortable working in the unique and sensitive environment that the funeral industry presents.

- Professional telephone etiquette

- Excellent communication & customer service skills

- Maintain friendly attitude while offering assistance & guidance to all.

- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service focused environment.

- Must be able to work 40 hours a week with weekend availability

- Must be able to work on call rotation.

- Must live within 25 miles from Parsell Funeral Homes in Lewes
