With an impressive 79.0 points, Cindy will take home the championship Circle Y saddle!

Cindy never missed a show this season and placed well in every race she ran allowing her to rack up some well-deserved points. Her consistency, hard work, and humble spirit make her so deserving of this honor. 💪🏻🐎 She’s so humble that she rose to the top with only a handful of her peers noticing…although we’re pretty sure she must have had a good idea of the points she was accumulating with each run. 😉

Apple Hill Stables first barrel season has come to a close! I would personally like to thank my family for all the help! They actually jumped in with both feet learning the process as we were doing the job! Barbara and Tom Lasko my Daughter and my son in law! Did an awesome job trying to keep everything flowing smoothly. Barbara Burgess my sister in law and her husband keeping the concession going ! My grandson Jacob helping out with all task! My Granddaughter Maddy helping were we needed help plus racing her horse! I can’t forget my wonderful husband Larry 48 years today and he’s still here helping and making everything work. This man has build our facility with his bare hands without him done of this would be possible for any of us! I would like to thank Sarah and Derick Rand for helping in the concession! Most of all I would like to thank the contestants for being very professional,
Our goal was to run as professional as possible this season to show all the youth or beginner barrel racers the correct way and proper technique that they will need to move on to a higher level if they wish to. Some may not of liked it but as you grow and move on and want to be a professional that’s what it takes to get there. Rules are made and we need to follow them regardless of who or what is going on. I will say just about every one stepped up to the plate and I ‘m so proud of each and every one of you! I know some of you call me a hard ass but that’s ok as long as you are learning to be better barrel racers. I’m not here trying to make enemies or make everyone love me I’m here to try and teach everyone the proper way to race and be as professional as possible! I have watched every one this season and I’m so pleased to say each of you did an amazing job. Thank you! I feel like we have reached our goal for the 2025 season!

Wow! What a weekend! I have never seen the pens come down so fast after a rodeo! Usually we take a few days tearing down everything. Thank you to the contestants and their families for the great team work and the smiles! I can’t lie I was a little stressed moving everyone from one arena to another and some of the contestants had never run in our indoor before. It’s very stressful just putting on an event let alone getting people out of bed and saying we are moving pens.😀 but they smiled and said ok! We not only woke them up we moved pens , horses, tack. What a great group of people! We all came together as group made it happen and had some great runs. We love seeing contestants for the first time and so many youth riders! They are our next generation that will keep the sport alive and moving forward! We are willing to help them accomplish their dreams. Thank you everyone for cleaning up your sites! All of you did a fantastic job! This is one barrel race that’s going into the Frost Family memory book!
