❄️Meet Jessica! Though she just ran her very first barrel race in July, she’s been riding since age 4 and is already hooked. Her partner is Crooked Redneck “Crook,” who loves alfalfa, peppermints, and the occasional trail ride or skijoring adventure. 🐴Outside the arena, Jessica works as an RN and enjoys family time, the outdoors, and spoiling her three retired geldings.🌲🐾

Crook loves a good hay net with extra-extra alfalfa before a race, as well as a good treat or two. He really loves peppermints! I try to ride every day that I'm not working to keep him in the best possible shape!
I also have three geldings who have retired from riding! Peter, Sundance, and Skye."

Hunting, fishing, camping, and hanging out with my three dogs and my husband are among some of my favorite things to do! When Crooks not racing, he enjoys a nice trail ride, he also seems to really enjoy jumping (which is new to him), and in the winter months, Skijor of course! Crook and I also volunteered our time at Camp Roosevelt in Eddington this year for the scouts! He really enjoyed all of the attention from the kids and teaching them all about horses!" 🐾
