Hi Guys! Just a couple of quick reminders.

ONE blanket per line on the inventory forms. I make notes about repairs on each blanket, every single one, also I check each one off as I wash them, so when they are all clumped together it is hard for me to tell if I got them all off the shelf or not.

Also, if you are using the old handwritten forms, please circle the services (wash/wash reproof/repairs) under the line, the line is where i write my notes.

when labelling i need the person being billed name, washing services and that is all on the tape, just so I can match it up with the inventory.

Good morning! I seem to be ramping up, which is great!

I just wanted to point out that I attached the "get ready for pickup" to all invoices last season so everyone would have access to the QR code and the exact way I like the labels and all my other quirky, yeah that's what we'll say...😂 Instructions which are valid for dropoffs as well as group pickups

Here comes April!

I think we are in the home stretch, there may be a few more cool nights but I truly think we are in good shape to really get serious about getting those muddy, stinky blankets out of your barns.

In case you missed it in January, there has been some price changes for 2026. These are the main ones.

Wash only $25
Wash & Re-proof $45
Labor $40/hour (still billed 15 minutes)
Convenience fee $8

I am SO ready to get back to work!!!

Please remember to label by using a small piece of tape suck to a chest buckle, just lightly stick it there, you don't need to wrap it around, you might get it back like that ;)

The QR code for the electronic inventory sheet is working and easy to use...and so much easier for me to read :D besides I paid a lot of money for that thing, LOL

Spring is almost here! It's time to start scheduling your pickup dates.

Please remember the minimum for an in range (50 mile radius) pickup is 20 blankets, outside of that will require more blankets and a convenience fee ($8/person at each Hub farm)

Hub Farms are encouraged to scheduled early so I can make efficient trips and quick turn arounds which help everybody.

2026 rates were posted earlier this year but just in case you missed that post:

Hey y'all! 👋🏼 I hope everybody is staying warm and being smart.

Just a quick reminder, bc I have washed so very many blankets lately, like more than ever in 15 years of winters. This is my off season, and while I am in no position to turn away business, I am also not hanging out in the workshop everyday, so it's best to text me before you come to make sure I am not off living my life before you stop by!

2026 Pricing updates

Wash $25

Wash w/ Waterproof $45

Labor $40/hour (will still be billed in 15 minute increments)

Parts and materials will be subject to change per market rates

Convenience fee (for those outside the 50 mile radius at a hub farm) $8

If you are outside the radius and not at a Hub farm, you will still be dropping yours off unless you have an EXCEPTIONAL amount, that is why hub farms get a pickup...Inside the radius pickup/delivery will remain 20 or more items, that is a firm number, please have a good count.
