Cold weather can be especially hard on pets and the people who love them, which is why animal welfare organizations across Kansas City are coming together for the 5th Annual Project Pet Warmth event. ❄️🐾

Join us Sunday, January 18 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Linwood YMCA / James B. Nutter, Sr. Community Center for this drive-thru event. Supplies will be available on a first come, first served basis and include items like pet food, blankets and towels, bowls, dog crates and kennels, dog houses, feral cat houses, straw, and sweaters or coats.

This event is a true community effort, co hosted by KC Pet Project, Great Plains SPCA, Heart of America Humane Society, Pet Resource Center of Kansas City, , , Wayside Waifs, and Kansas City Animal Services. One organization cannot meet the need alone, but together we can make a big difference! We can’t wait to see you this weekend and help spread some warmth where it’s needed most. 💙🐶🐱
