Renae greatly enjoyed giving a 2 day clinic recently at Summit Stables in Kansas City. Ambitious and organized Chrisie Milbury, conscientious Kelci Walkley, and determined Nicole Morton presented different combinations of riders and horses/ponies for any assistance that Renae's 50 years of training/teaching could help. In the end we all had great fun and are better prepared for the show season ahead.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our lovely former THF rider Cameron Kay Knouse on winning the Iowa Horse Shows Association Performance Cup and $1000 scholarship. Such an accomplishment of great horsemanship and skill!! Since we've semi-retired, Cameron rides with Heartland Stables, so congrats to their skills also.
But I vividly remember the tears of joy for Cameron's first blue ribbon on Raven in academy. Her persistence, and the support of her incredible family, has blossomed into a good equestrian. Bravo!!

Some of our very beloved THF barn family from past and present gathered together Saturday for a Drill Team session and time together. It was so WONDERFUL to have the opportunity to watch the riders display such good horsemanship in the Drill Team maneuvers, but it was also so so GREAT to get together to catch up. Once a THF family member, always a THF family member.

Timber Hills riders had an exciting time at the Iowa Classic Show! They won many times, but the achievements were not only in top ribbons. They have all grown in courage in overcoming nerves and in self determination. In the meanwhile they've become very handy little equestrians! We are SO PROUD of each one!!
