The puppies are turning from cute nuggets to little dogs with personalities! They are starting to eat puppy gruel, experiencing new toys in their box every day, and will start potty training this week with the addition of a litter pan in their play area! Lots of fun to be had in the coming weeks as they turn into full fledge rambunctious puppies!

Breeding Shiloh’s is not my full time job, it’s my passion. But at times like this, it certainly feels like more than a full time gig!

While we just sent off a litter of pups and are continually offering support to their new families in their transitions home, we are also raising a new litter of babies and keeping their families updated! On top of that we are starting our holter monitor process for our Vesta/Kerran kids. So far we had our first girl pass with flying colors, and we have it geared up on the second girl as we speak!

Not to mention dealing with litter registrations, stud breedings, upgrading to adult registrations, helping our owners complete adult health testing to move forward some dogs in our program, retiring others, maintaining our own dogs, going to shows and helping people get involved in that capacity 😴 It is EXHAUSTING, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Six years ago when we had our first litter I never foresaw it becoming such a big endeavor, meeting so many amazing families, offering support to so many and receiving it right back. It is insanity, but truly the best kind!!!

Blue boy, now Delta, is the last to flee the coop! He will now be calling Alabama home and man does his family have plans to spoil him! He certainly hit the jackpot and we are hopeful one day he will move forward in our program as well.
