It's training time again! Do you have a child or know a child that would like to get out of the house and lend us a hand with some therapy dog training? We need as many kiddos as possible (ages 5 to 18) to come out to our office in Leesburg tomorrow, Thursday, May 14th from 7:15pm to 8:00pm to help us train our up and coming therapy dogs. We are proud of our friends at The Animals House for making it to their 25 year anniversary! If you have time to drop by the store in Sterling for the Open House on Saturday May 16th, you can tour the new Enrichment Center and spin the wheel for some great prizes!

We wrapped up our Spring Break Junior Trainer camp yesterday with a visit from a wonderful group of residents from Waltonwood. It was a great opportunity for the kids to show off their skills and a great opportunity for the puppies to practice their manners while greeting new people. We are looking forward to more visits in the future .. and we are also looking forward to some additional Junior Trainer camp dates! We have two more one day camps on April 10th and 21st, and have added an additional week to our Summer Camp series - June 15-19th. Registration is open at www.heelinghouse.org

We still have space available in our upcoming Junior Trainer Camps! We have one day camps on Thursday March 19th and Friday March 20th, and our Spring Break camp runs from March 30th - April 3rd from 9am to 4pm daily. You can either register for the whole week, or just the days you can make it. Camp is open to all kiddos between 8 and 15 years of age. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Angel had a great time visiting the students at Sunset Hills Montessori School this past weekend during their movie night fundraiser. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards supporting our service and therapy dog programming. A huge thank you for your ongoing support!
