Homemade yogurt is just about the easiest thing you can make, AT HOME.

Start with good milk, raw if you can. Heat milk to 185°f, hold for 30-60 minutes. The longer you heat, the thicker your yogurt. Cool milk to 110°f, add culture or your favorite store bought live yogurt. Place in your oven with the oven light on. 5 hours minimum, but overnight works amazingly.
Refrigerate for 12 hours. Flavor. Top. Eat.

Over a gallon of homemade yogurt for about .36¢ for the culture.

So excited this guy right here from our farm has done and gone through so much Fort Caprine Farms Obsidian owned by the Pratt family has Over come a bout with Meningial worm over came it rehabilitated from it and went on to produce awesome kids three off his daughters made get of sire recently

This years theme 50 shades of Chammy , Karma had a single doe kid this morning and left her didnt even feed her poor thing was chasing Sassy around to be fed we got her dry and fed she is a real dark red chammy well only one more do to go and she isnt due to end of April think she might give me some other color lol, count so far 2 does one buck both does retained for now
