I want to Thank each and every one of my clients that has reached out to me.
Thank you so much for your trust and support!❤️
I can assure you I would never instruct a groomer to keep pushing through to get a dog groomed when the dog is clearly very scared and biting. I will call the pet parent to come and pick up and then try it again in a week or so. We will do that a few times in a row until we can gain the trust of the dog.
I do not agree with the way things are done in these big corporate grooming salons! They use catch poles for goodness sake! If a dog is that reactive and scared it needs to go home, not snagged up with a catch pole!
I will never schedule more dogs than we can comfortably and calmly groom to meet some "quota" for the day! The dogs safety and comfort should be number one priority, not the money!
I can assure you NO abuse of any kind will ever happen in my salon! It is very small, we all work within 5 ft of each other and the bathtub is right there in view as well. I see everything! Dakota, my head groomer, sees everything!
George has been very kind to every dog that has stepped foot in my salon! I would never force him to do a dog that's clearly afraid of him or any of us for that matter.
There is no way, no how, on God's green earth, any dog will be abused or any animal for that matter, in my salon!!
I say any animal, because we have actually groomed a Goat a few times. 😊
I've tried to find his picture but for some reason it has disappeared out of my photos. But he is the sweetest woman's service animal and he's the sweetest little goat. He did p**p and p*e on my couch though😅
God bless you all! Thank you!❤️
