🚨 Baby Deer Season Is Here! 🦌🍼

Our veterinary hospital has already taken in over 8 baby deer this season, and we want to remind everyone that not every fawn found alone is orphaned.

Mother deer will often leave their babies hidden for hours while they forage nearby. If you come across a fawn, please observe from a distance and only intervene if you are certain the mother has passed away or the baby is clearly injured, abandoned, or in immediate danger.

While we are committed to helping wildlife in need, caring for these little ones requires a tremendous amount of time, supplies, and resources. If you’d like to help support their care, donations are always greatly appreciated and go directly toward formula, medical care, and other necessities.

Thank you for helping us give these babies the best chance at a healthy future—and for making sure they truly need rescuing before bringing them in. ❤️

🇺🇸 Fourth of July is right around the corner! 🇺🇸

While we may love the fireworks, backyard BBQs, and celebrations, many of our four-legged family members do not. Loud noises can cause significant stress and anxiety for pets, leading to pacing, shaking, hiding, excessive barking, or even attempts to escape.

🐾 Meet Creamsicle & Storm! 🐾

Creamsicle (left) and Storm (right) are looking for their forever home together or separately.

🧡 Creamsicle is a sweet, playful girl who is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and current on flea prevention. She gets along well with both cats and dogs and loves to play and explore.

🩶 Storm is a handsome, affectionate boy who is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and current on flea prevention. He does great with cats and dogs and is happiest when he’s curled up beside you for a cuddle.

Both are indoor cats and are ready to find a loving family to call their own. If you’re looking for a pair of wonderful companions, Creamsicle and Storm would love to meet you! ❤️🐱🐱

A few clips of some of the wildlife currently in our care. Our team does an exceptional job providing the care, patience, and attention these animals need to grow strong and healthy before being released back into their natural habitat.

With baby season in full swing, we’re seeing more orphaned and injured wildlife than ever. If you come across a baby animal, please remember that not all babies are abandoned—many parents are nearby and still caring for them. When in doubt, reach out to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator for guidance.

Every animal deserves a second chance, and we’re honored to be part of their journey back to the wild. 🦌🦉🐿️❤️
