An Announcement from Urban Bounty Farms:

In 2025, our chief farmer, is excited to announce that will become the next indoor farm, providing year-round, chemical-free produce and the freshest, most beautiful, sustainably grown salads. We’ve formed a partnership that will help scale the bountiful urban farm our family has worked so hard to build for the KC community over the past couple of years.

A heartfelt thank you to the chefs, bartenders, farmers market-goers, produce wholesale distributors, grocery store managers, small business partners, and other local farmers whose support made selling out every week and the long workdays of growing, harvesting, packaging, distributing, and analyzing farm data so worthwhile in 2024.

Lettuce Share Superfood Salads by Urban Bounty Farms and Kanbe’s Markets allows Kansas Citians to participate in donating a superfood salad to a Kansas Citian in need while picking up a superfood salad for themself. You can order a $10 Lettuce Share Superfood Salad from urbanbountyfarm.com. (Yes, dressing is included!)

Lettuce Share Superfood Salads will be delivered to select Kanbe’s Market corner stores.

A look into some of the orders that went out last week.

First, a direct to consumer order for pickup at our farm in Lee's Summit.

Second, Side/Mini Salad Kits with Balsamic Vinaigrette for Pleasant Ridge Farms store "The FARMacy" open on the weekend in Pleasant Hill. (She’s got it all🙌) These are already sold out for this week.

Third, 10lbs of mixed heads and edible flowers heading to a chef.

Fourth, Cucumbers going to a cocktail lounge, cafe, and open dining table concept restaurant. Some of our local favorite spots around town.

Fifth, Buzz Buttons/Toothache ordered to go into my mouth because I love a wild sensation.

We are restocking twice a week at Sunfresh in Westport and cannot thank this community enough for the support.
