Real food is good. It has stood the test of time. Protein helps build and maintain muscle which we all need. Our brains need It too!

Beef is a good source of protein. Grass fed / grass finished beef is loaded in good Omega 3 fatty acids and Is low in not so good Omega 6 fatty acids.

Best Christmas present ever: my 83yo dad has been recovering from a broken vertebrae for the past seven weeks. It’s been very hard. But today he asked if he could go see the cattle and was able to walk to the car. 💗
