Yesterday was a big milestone. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 and 𝗡𝗲𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻 got the full package—neuters, vaccines, microchips, and everything they needed to prepare for their next chapter.
Days like this are always a little bittersweet when you’ve raised kittens from scratch. You celebrate because they’re healthy enough to reach this milestone, but at the same time, it’s another reminder that they’re growing up.
One thing I love about these days is getting to see each kitten’s personality come through in a whole new way.

Completely unamused. 😂
He came home, took his sweet time waking up from anesthesia, accepted every cuddle I offered, and then just sat there looking at me like I had personally betrayed him. He was such a big baby through the whole process, and honestly… it made me love him even more.

The exact opposite. 🤦🏻♀️
The moment he started waking up, he was ready to party. By the time we got home, all he wanted to do was run, jump, wrestle, and play as if nothing had even happened.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly what you don’t want after a neuter, so Mr. Wild Child had to spend a little time in his own “rehab suite” to keep him calm while everything healed. He may not have appreciated it, but those few quiet hours help prevent complications later.
Today they’re both relaxing, eating well, and acting much more like themselves. ❤️
We’ll be hanging onto these handsome boys for another week or two before they head to their next destination, and I honestly cannot wait to share what’s coming next. A few of you were already playing detective after my last 𝗡𝗲𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻 post and guessed exactly where they’re going… but for now, my lips are sealed. 😉
Until then, enjoy these adorable faces! 🖤🩶
