This is Renee, another wonderful member of our client care team! Renee has been a client for many years then joined our team as a client care representative in 2024. She has been an incredible addition to the team! Having been on the other side of the desk as a client she knows how it can feel and can empathize with every client. Having studied animal behavior she can also empathize with the pets on a deep level. Renee's calm and caring demeanor are very much appreciated on our team! We can always count on her. She is very empathetic and her top priority is always our clients and their pets. She focuses on making them feel safe, comfortable and heard. She is always the first to offer a shoulder to cry on, a treat to eat, an ear scratch, a positive cheer, or a hand to hold a leash, carrier or even your kiddo! Thank you for all you do Faith!

The client care team is the first smiling face you see when you enter Stonecliff. Their job is far from easy and even may be considered the most difficult job in the hospital. Juggling endless phone calls, emails, instant messages, scheduling, medical records, accounting, caring for clients needs, comforting patients and clients during difficult or stressful times, managing prescriptions, managing a wide array of emotions and doing it all with a smile and the best possible care to all our clients and patients. We appreciate all that this incredible team does to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and their beloved pets!

Meet Tori, the client care team's leader and cheerleader. Tori has been a devoted member of the Stonecliff team for 7 years! Tori leads her team with passion for her love of our team, our values and of course the love of our clients and pets. Tori works hard to ensure that every experience with Stonecliff is the very best it could be. We can alway count on her to go the extra mile. We are so unbelievably grateful for her and everything that she does in front and behind the scenes to keep this place running and keep it the best that it could possibly be. We are closing early today to get our team home safely before the heavy snow picks up again and it gets dark. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be open first thing tomorrow morning and have morning openings available for sick pets that couldn’t get in today.
