February 19, 2025. Snow Day Update! ❄️ ☃️🥶
Cumberland Animal Hospital will be delaying opening until 9:30 am. Grooming will be closed. Please keep an eye on facebook as we will be keeping you updated on our status here throughout the day.
Be careful out there, it’s snowy, cold, actually quite beautiful.

ATTENTION:
It’s that time again! Grooming will be closed from Thursday March 9 to Saturday March 11 for training. Phones will not be monitored so if there are any concerns, please contact the hospital. You may also leave a message for us to return Monday. We will resume normal business hours beginning Monday, 3/13. Thank you.

It has been brought to our attention that some of our clients are unable to get through on our phone lines. We have narrowed it down to AT&T customers that seem to be having this issue. If you have tried and aren’t able to get through, please email us at [email protected] for any questions or concerns. We do monitor this email and will respond as quick as we can. If you get here for an appointment and cannot reach us, come and knock on the door so we can get you checked in. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope everyone stays safe!

In order to reduce the risk associated with COVID - 19, on April 15th we will be opening for some essential grooming appointments only. If you have an appointment already a Petstylist will be in touch with you to keep you informed. We will not be accepting any walk-ins at this time. If you have any needs or questions you may call us but staffing will be very limited so this may effect our response times. Our Boardroom reopening date is currently set for May 1rst. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Hope you are well and we miss you all.

UPDATE ON COVID 19 CLOSURE: The Boardroom will remain closed in accordance with state guidelines. Grooming is tentatively scheduled to reopen on April 15th. Boarding and daycare will hopefully follow shortly thereafter. We miss you all so much and hope you and your families are well. Thank you.

Here at the Boardroom the health and safety of our team, pet parents, and their fur babies is our top priority. We hope that you will join with us as a community to fight COVID-19. In accordance with calls from local leadership to close all non-essential businesses, we will be closed beginning Tuesday March 23rd, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This means we will be rescheduling all non-essential appointments for after Tuesday April 7th, 2020. Please be patient during this time as we try to be part of the solution of COVID-19 and not contribute to the problem. The front desk of the Boardroom will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 and will remain closed until April 7th, 2020. If you have any questions during this time please feel free to contact Cumberland Animal Hospital at 615-444-1232 option 1.
