It was so great to be home and with my family. Finally after 25 + years all of us kids were together. Made my heart happy. Spent the first week with my girl Shelly. We made funeral arrangements and laid her husband to rest. The funeral was beautiful and we had some fun in there looking at old pics of us all growing up together.

The second week, We spent so much quality time together cooking out, playing games, going fishing, shopping (of course). Decorated mom, dads, and Jeff’s grave. Had my brother planting trees and pulling trees in Laura’s yard. He’s kinda handy that way . Got to watch my nephew play T-Ball. And Just watching my grandson live his daily life. I miss so much of his life it just hurts leaving him. Thank you Laura Holmes for opening your home to me and being such a great host. Came home to a clean house and all dogs alive and some beautiful flowers. Thank you Michael Galo for holding down the fort and working so hard to put food on our table and thousands of dollars into my treatments. And still fit in the time to clean and take care of dogs and still worry about getting me flowers. You went above and beyond. With already so much on your plate. This is end of fiscal year for him at Microsoft and he’s been living in his office the past few months. So it’s time to end this month and start enjoying some living.

And yes I ate Roy’s chicken everyday but 2. lol.. best chicken ever.

We are family..

I was able to stay up long enough for Brit and Maddie to come over yesterday and work a puzzle with me. Maddie whipped up some cupcakes. Thank you Madison Mullen and Britnie Gilbert for coming to visit yesterday.
