Things are getting “Eggciting” around here!!! The first time we’ve ever ordered eggs from a special breeder. We’ve got some fun color that will be hatching soon hopefully. There was sadly a delay because of the post office in Denver so we’re praying that these eggs are actually viable. If not, we’ll have to deal with replacements. We’ll see how they look in a few days if they actually start to show the starts of chicks. The full bottom row is from our chickens and starting to incubate those as well. You can never have enough dark eggs!

We have Barred Rock babies who will be ready to start off to their new homes soon. They are absolutely sweet. Love treats and know that humans are food and care. $25 each before laying. Once they start laying it’s $35 each. Other breeds will be available soon as well. All of these babies have been handled and loved on.

Meat birds are growing well. Fresh ground each day and organic no corn, soy or GMO food. Processing is at the end of July. We are starting a wait list. I will know prices soon of per lb. They are growing nicely and just proving why we love this variety.
