LETS TALK ABOUT DEPOSITS

A deposit on a puppy serves as a guarantee to reserve the chosen puppy from a litter, demonstrating the buyer's commitment to the breeder. This payment compensates the breeder for removing the puppy from the market and contributes to the costs associated with early care. For the buyer, it ensures the breeder will reserve the specific puppy. The deposit system serves multiple purposes for both parties: For the Buyer, it secures their chosen puppy, guaranteeing it won't be sold to another party. For the Breeder, it ensures the buyer's commitment and minimizes last-minute cancellations. Deposits are generally non-refundable, underscoring the commitment, although certain circumstances may prompt breeders to offer refunds. It is essential to research the breeder thoroughly and request references, and never send money to unverified breeders.

We are pleased to present an exclusive preview of our latest litters. In the upper right circle, a Black and Tan male puppy is visible, situated above a Female Chocolate and Tan puppy, who is positioned above a Black and Tan female puppy. On the left-hand side, you will find a Chocolate and Tan Dapple puppy alongside a Silver Dapple puppy. We will be contacting individuals on the waiting list shortly to discuss further.

I am thrilled to be managing a waitlist that is filled with enthusiastic individuals. It presently contains approximately 38 names. We have one dachshund with a very small litter, which has been further reduced due to the loss of one puppy. Another dachshund experienced a pseudopregnancy, resulting in no puppies. We are expecting another dachshund to give birth imminently. With a list of over 38 names and an anticipated 2-6 puppies, the wait is expected to be lengthy. If you are on the list and have changed your mind, please notify me so I can remove your name. Thank you

A phantom pregnancy in dogs?
What Causes False Pregnancy in Dogs?

False pregnancy in dogs is the result of a rapid decrease in the hormone progesterone and an increase in the hormone prolactin. These hormonal changes occur normally in an unspayed female dog for about six to eight weeks following heat.
