So much exciting news and updates to share!!!
First, let us share with you all of the new exciting news and events that are happening at your sweet little local salon! I (Annissa) recently had an epiphany. I am not sure about you, but for me, there is a feeling in the air. A feeling of change and shifting. Not everyone does great with change, especially those that are comfortable where they are and where things were going. Changes can leave us and our pets feeling unsure and tense, no matter good or bad or just different.
My epiphany came when I was having a rough morning before arriving at the salon. When I walked in everyone greeted me, the dogs licked me, and they knew I was about to dish out my morning treats. Instantly my concerns lifted and I became present in the moment. I think that's why most of us like grooming, because it really pulls you into the presence. On top of that, I have surrounded myself with positive coworkers and a beautiful work place that I take so much pride in. Now back to my epiphany, DOGS. Dogs could care less about bills, politics, religion, money and the daily stresses that adulting can bring. BUT, that's why we love them, well part of the reason.
I am lucky enough to work with sweet creatures that mostly only know joy and remind us daily of it. For my business, for my team mates, for you, for the dogs, I want to represent that sacred place of joy and escapism or presence through this community I am hosting. DOGS = JOY. When you walk in, I hope you can feel welcomed and feed off of that joy energy for the rest of the day!
Speaking of walking in.... the next time you walk in, you will be walking through a brand new privacy fence and community yard they are completing today! We are so excited for this new add on because now we can offer an even safer place for your fur babies! We will also occasionally be hosting evening Yappy Hours and play time!!!!!

AND... a big congratulations to our graduates of Shear Excellence Dog Grooming Academy. With help from all of you and your amazing volunteer puppies, we are releasing four brand new amazing certified pet stylist into the wild world of dog grooming!!! So thank you for doing your part to help get more gentler hands on those cute puppies out there.
