We love seeing our customers' pretty faces pop up on our page! Many of you know, Mrs.Ros is not very tech savvy. Her granddaughter and daughter try to keep up with her Facebook but sometimes they let some things slip through the cracks! Please give Mrs.Ros a call at 601 394 8420! If she doesn't answer, leave her a voicemail with you name and number, the animals name and breed, and the date you called and what services you're needing done and she will get back to you either that day or the next!

this is our precious door! on March 11, Mrs.Ros is having surgery and this door will be locked for a couple of months (hopefully)! we are hoping to be back in the shop the beginning of May🤞Mrs.Ros will have her help with her but she will still be taking things slow and only takings a few dogs a day! as you guys call us, we write you down according to our regulars then by number of who calls! this is how we'll be doing our rescheduling! we appreciate your patience with us and love our small town💛

I hate having to address this situation, but it keeps getting worse and worse.

Before you leave, we ask you to call us if your wondering about how much longer your fur baby has. If you don't call us, we will call you and either give you an amount of time before they are finished or tell you they are finished. Please do not just show up unannounced. This upsets the dogs and it takes us longer to finish your dog.

With that being said, we have been taken advantage of many many times and gotten extreme backlash when keeping our policy.

This picture is posted in our shop where it is extremely visible. It is only courtieous to let us know if you will be late in dropping off your dog or picking them up. And please, call us if you can't make it. We completely understand and are only upset when you don't call us.

Hi everyone this is Rosalind's daughter, I'm just spreading the word that my mom has to take a few days off at least until the end of this week.

She's under the weather and Dr said she has to take time off. If you have appointments with her this week she will be calling you as soon as she knows more and can reschedule.
She apologizes for any inconvenience the short notice may cause.

We wish everyone a Happy 4th of July.

So just to let everyone know my sister, Pauline, is not doing well. She has very little time left with us so I am spending as much time as possible with her and will not be scheduling many or any appointments in the coming days and/or weeks.
