We’ve got it here!

Already have w**ds in your yard? You have the green light to use TurfStar Weed-inator 20-5-10 from Nelson Plant Food. Weed-inator includes a POST-emergent to kill over 200 broadleaf w**ds. I love the quick green up too. It feeds your lawn for up to six months.

This is one of the fertilizer options that I recommend on my lawn fertilization schedule (linked below). You can choose your favorite product line that meets your needs listed on the schedule.

Many nurseries, some feed stores, some ACE stores, and quality soil yards will carry this slow-release fertilizer.

Ideally, it needs to be applied to a wet leaf surface, then watered in 24-48 hours later.

NOTE: You should still put out Barricade PRE-emergent to help prevent future w**ds. It will be carried at the same places.

It is not too late to add AZOMITE to your soil. AZOMITE application is on my schedule and can really be applied any time of year. But this is an awesome time of year to apply AZOMITE to the soil. In many cases the soil really needs those trace minerals before peak season.

It does not matter if you will be using the Organic options or Synthetic options from my lawn schedule. THIS DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR FERTILIZER. You can do this in addition to your fertilizing.

They have a 10 lbs. bag and a 44 lbs. bag (pictured). If you have any left after using on your turf, apply this to flower bed, veggie gardens, and potted plants. I use it everywhere.

This product is now found at almost every nursery, feed store, Ace Hardware store, and high-quality soil yards.

For application, go to midpoint on the selection dial on your spreader.
