***we need a 24hr notice of any appt change...any no shows will have a 15.00 charge.
***and ALL vacc. need to curre

nt and up to date B4 grooming appt.
***all pets not picked up by 5:00 will be left in the care of Willow Lodge Pet Resort at pet owners expence
***we give a COURTESY CALL the day B4
