Meet Daren & Allie Deru!
With over 20 years of experience in building, remodeling, and flipping homes, Daren and Allie are the husband-and-wife duo behind some of Northern Utah’s most beautiful and functional living spaces. In 2021, they completed their first subdivision—Evergreen Estates in Layton—and haven’t slowed down since.
In 2023, their Parade of Homes entry earned top honors, including Best of Show, Best Floor Plan, Best Kitchen Design, Best Interior Design, and Best Landscaping—a testament to their attention to detail and love for what they do.
Now onto their second subdivision, they’re offering custom homes, PURDs, and single- and multi-family communities—designed with real families in mind.
Daren, owner of Bulldog Sod for 22+ years, brings his love of growth (literally!) to every lot. Allie, with 12+ years in the fashion industry, brings a sharp eye for style and thoughtful design into every home they build.
Together, they’re a powerful team creating trend-forward, functional homes in neighborhoods that feel like home.
They’re also proud parents of 5 kids—and a son-in-law—and spend their free time outdoors, especially at their favorite family tradition spot: Lake Powell.
