We're still accepting volunteer shovelers for Safe Winter Walkways for the 2021-2022 winter season! The program is a resource for community members who are physically unable to keep their sidewalks clear during snow events. The goal is to create safer and more accessible pedestrian walkways, and it is a structured version of what already happens in many neighborhoods – neighbors helping neighbors. We have loved donating to Trinity Lutheran Church Pet Pantry for years, but we will soon be donating a little extra!

A few high-quality foods we are sad to no longer have the space to keep in stock, and won’t make the move with us will be divvied out to pets in need throughout the Lawrence Community by this amazing organization.

We are excited to announce we will start to provide grooming services again next week.

You have all been patient and understanding as we respect the government and health officials’ decisions through this extraordinary time. We will continue to follow guidelines and stay current on policies.

We ask for your continued patience as we now reach out to clients that had previous appointments cancelled in March/April/May first. If our phone line is busy please leave a message or email us at ([email protected]) and we will do our best to follow-up in a timely manner. We will likely put you on a call list until we’ve processed our previous appointments first.

Self Wash will remain closed until the next Phase or two have been enacted.

We will try to accommodate nail trims the best we can but in order to keep our days flowing somewhat smoothly we will likely ask you to come in during a window of time and that will change on a daily basis. So please call ahead for when we will be able to provide that service. We may not be able to provide same-day nail trims but we will try to get that done as soon as possible.

We will be checking in and out clients curbside and ask that you wear a mask (we will also) as we quickly discuss service requests.

Appointments will likely take longer than normal and please understand we are doing our best but you may not get your pup back as quickly as you’re accustomed to.

Updates will follow, but we are so happy to take the first step in the new-normal that we must respect in order to keep our friends, family, and community safer together.

We have made the decision to limit access inside our store to employees-only starting March 19, 2020.

Update: As of March 24, 2020, by recommendation of Douglas County health officials, we will be temporarily closing our Full Service Grooming and Walk In Services.

**Curbside Product Pickup, Free Delivery will remain in place.**
