That is one strategy for taking on a Dutchie and a husky.

Slow cooker dog treats made easy! 🐾
Ingredients:
* 10 lbs chicken thighs (skinless, boneless)
* 2 cups sliced carrots
* 2 cups green beans
* 3 whole apples
* Dash of fresh basil
Method:
Slow cook everything until tender, blend into a smooth puree, and freeze into Kongs or spread onto lick mats.
Why your dog will love it:
* Mental Enrichment: Licking and foraging reduce stress, relieve boredom, and soothe anxiety by releasing endorphins.
* Nutrient-Dense: Lean protein supports strong muscles, while fiber and antioxidants from fresh veggies promote healthy digestion and immune function.
* Long-Lasting: Freezing the puree keeps tail-waggers happily occupied far longer than a standard treat.

Sunday Funday is better with dogs!! Bring them here if your dog needs fun and fulfillment while you're busy! Oh, and Kida the Husky is still available for adoption!

I still wouldn't trust her in a wire crate, but she is totally kennel-trained otherwise! She sleeps soundly through the night and has no problem being put away when we go out or have company.
She’s our second scared/shy foster dog, and my absolute favorite part of this journey is seeing them get to the point where you know they're going to do okay in their next home. ❤️
