📢 Important Updates from Good Old Dog Boarding Kennel
To our valued customers,
First, we want to thank each and every one of you for your support and for trusting us with your dogs. We are truly grateful for the relationships we have built and for the opportunity to care for your pets.
As many of you know, we are a small family-operated kennel. As our business continues to grow, we have found that operating from early mornings until late evenings, seven days a week, has become difficult to maintain while also ensuring we have time for family responsibilities and personal needs. In order to continue providing the level of care your dogs deserve, we will be making a few changes.
Beginning soon:
🐾 We will be closed on Saturdays.
🐾 Appointment times will be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
🐾 We will be strictly adhering to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.
Unfortunately, we have experienced an increasing number of situations where appointments are scheduled and clients arrive several hours later than agreed upon without communication. Because we schedule our days around appointments, these delays often prevent us from handling personal responsibilities, running errands, attending family events, or simply having time together as a family.
For this reason, clients who arrive significantly outside their scheduled appointment time without communicating changes may be subject to a $25 scheduling fee.
We sincerely apologize to the many wonderful clients who have always been respectful of appointment times. This change is not directed at the majority of our customers. However, in order to keep our business running smoothly and fairly for everyone, these adjustments have become necessary.
We are also excited to share that we are working on launching a new customer app that will make boarding with us easier and more convenient than ever.
Through the app, customers will be able to:
🐾 Upload and update vaccination records
🐾 Schedule and manage boarding appointments
🐾 Complete required forms online
🐾 Review and sign our new boarding agreement electronically
🐾 Communicate more easily with us
Our goal is to simplify the boarding process and make it more convenient for our customers while helping us provide better organization and communication. We hope these improvements will make managing your dog’s stay quick and easy right from your phone or computer.
Once everything is ready, we will send out a link along with instructions on how to access the new system.
