Well this one has a great day. She got to join me for brunch at a friend's. Said friend happens to have her new bestie, Kyber. They played and played, interspersed with meeting and greeting the people, and appropriate rest breaks. Absolutely lovely to watch.

Just as Kyber headed home on Sunday, Dash arrived! Dash will be with us for 4+ weeks this time, half of it board & train. We'll be working on filing her nails, recalls with distraction, and counter-conditioning and desensitization to putting on/wearing a harness.

Skye had a soft spot for Kyber as a puppy. While he hasn't stayed with us since he was very young, since he is a friend's dog, Skye has seen him many times over the years. Still, I was not expecting this. 🥰
