The right start makes all the difference.

We currently have an openings available for our Puppy Headstart and Obedience programs. Our goal is to build confident, responsive dogs with a strong foundation—creating dogs that are enjoyable at home, reliable out and about, and prepared for whatever job their owners have in mind.

Our programs are tailored to the individual dog and your goals, and can include:

✔️ Basic obedience
✔️Potty training/House manners
✔️ Heel work & leash manners
✔️ Recall/Here command
✔️ Sit, place, and kennel training
✔️ Socialization & confidence building
✔️ Exposure to new environments, terrain, and water

Whether you’re looking for a well-mannered companion or simply want your puppy started the right way, we focus on building confidence, consistency, and a strong foundation from the beginning. We believe in training the dog in front of us—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

🐶 Puppy Headstarts: 8 weeks–8 months

🐾 Obedience Programs: All ages welcome

The puppies are growing like weeds and starting to show their little personalities. Plenty of drive and confidence in a small package.

Sire: Makin’ Ryskie Moves QAA (“Rook”)
• QAA at just 2 years, 3 months
• 18 Derby points & National Derby List
• Competing in All Age Stakes this Summer with Charlie Hulme at Beaverdam Kennels

Dam: Watch Remington’s Wren (“Wren”)
• Excellent natural hunting dog with a great off-switch
• Intelligent, trainable, and incredibly biddable

These puppies are being raised with daily handling and early exposure to help set them up for success. We expect them to make excellent hunting companions, hunt test prospects, and active family dogs.

This litter brings together a female that is an excellent, natural hunter with a male that proved himself early—Makin’ Ryskie Moves QAA at just 2 years and 3 months.

Wren offers strong instincts, drive, and real-world hunting ability, while Rook brings proven talent, trainability, and competitive-level performance.

This pairing is designed to produce intelligent, biddable, high-drive retrievers suited for hunting, hunt test, or performance homes.

Preference will be given to hunt test and field trial homes.
Incentives available with a training contract.
