I’ve had quite a few no-call, no-show grooming appointments recently. Due to this, I am going to begin charging a no-call, no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled groom price.
I truly understand that life is hectic, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, when I don’t receive a heads-up and an appointment is missed, I don’t have time to fill that spot, and it directly affects my income.
I appreciate your understanding and continued support of my small business

I’m thrilled to announce that Paws & Relax Boarding & Grooming is officially open for boarding reservations!

Located near Latimer, Iowa on only half a mile of gravel. The 4' x 8' kennels are housed inside a fully climate-controlled facility, ensuring your dog stays comfortable year-round with both heating and air conditioning.

Dogs are given outdoor exercise and potty breaks a MINIMUM of three times per day to keep them happy and healthy.

For dogs who are not chewers, an elevated bed/cot is included during their stay for added comfort.

Feeding Policy:
Please provide your dog's regular food to prevent stomach upset.
If food runs out during their stay, they will be fed Purina Pro Plan Lamb & Rice at a rate of $3 per day.

Boarding Rates (Per Night):

1 Dog / 1 Kennel: $20
2 Dogs / Shared Kennel: $30
3 Dogs / Shared Kennel: $50
(Number of dogs allowed to share a kennel depends on their size.)

INTACT males & females are an additional $2 per day.

Daycare (when space is available): $20/day

Medication Administration:
Daily medication can be administered if provided: $2/day

Add-On Services:
Discounted bath and nail trim available on the day of pick-up.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours can be scheduled:

Monday–Friday:
6:00AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday
9AM - 4

I’m happy to provide boarding services on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. I do not schedule drop-offs or pick-ups on the holidays themselves.

All pick-up and drop-off times must be scheduled in advance or occur during regular hours.
Unscheduled pickups will incur a $75 fee to help maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment for all dogs in my care.

☆ Vaccination Requirements (Required for All Dogs):
Current records must be provided with clear dates of administration and expiration for the following vaccines:
• Rabies
•Distemper
• Leptospirosis
•Bordetella

☆ What to Bring:
• Printed vaccination records
• Dog food (in a secure container)
• Any medications
• Bedding, toys, treats, or chewies (machine washable & only if your dog won’t chew or ingest them)
• Collar and leash
