Kobe is headed back to me today after a week on boarding school to get him ready for his new family. This video is from the day before he went to training.
I'll post an updated video today once he's back home.
Please reach out of you are interested in providing a permanent home for this fantastic dog.
His re-homing fee will be the exact amount of the cost of his recent training. I don't need to make money on this puppy, he just needs the perfect home with the structure and enrichment he needs.

Today is Mr Kobe's 5th day back in my home and I couldn't be more pleased with his progress. He went to daycare 2 days this week and got glowing reviews from the staff.
He has a rambunctious play style but he tries to be consistently gentle with smaller dogs.
Thursday and Friday evenings we went together to a local, dog-friendly mall for on leash walks and he was a perfect gentleman around every person and stranger dog he saw.
He seems unfazed by wheelchairs and walkers, and polite for even very small children giving him treats.
Today he is headed to his next big adventure as he attends boarding school for a week to work on perfecting his off leash manners and self control issues.
I'm going to miss having him around for the week!
When he gets home next week I will start the process of finding him the perfect, forever home.
His adoption fee will be the exact amount of his boarding school fee. I don't need to make money on this puppy, I just need his needs met for his next chapter.

Mr Kobe has landed safely back in my home.
After a consultation yesterday with the professional trainers, we have a plan in place for him.
Saturday he'll be going to a week of boarding school to help with his self control, recall and house manners, after which he'll be available for a new family meet and greets.

This is Kobe, who is looking for the perfect home. He came home to me after his owner developed serious health issues, and because of these issues, his training needs haven't been met for the last couple of months.
He is 10 months old, right in the middle of adolescence, and FULL of energy.
He loves everyone including children and other dogs. He was fine around cats as a baby puppy but he IS very rambunctious so a careful introduction will be needed to assess if he'd be a good roommate with a kitty.

Due to health issues of his owner, Mr. Blue from our 2023 litter has been returned to me and will be looking for a new, perfect home.

Kobe is 10 months old and a sweet, loveable goofball.
His beautiful red coat is stunning. He's in fantastic shape, healthy and energetic. His DNA was tested before his first placement and he is absolutely perfect genetically, showing NO markers for the 255 health markers they test for, which include DCM 1 and 2 and VWD.
He tested around a 7 on energy/drive as an 8 week old puppy and that still seems to be pretty accurate. He's had training classes in manners and leash walking but he IS still right in the middle of adolescence, so structure and exercise are the keys to handling him successfully.
We'll be posting pictures as soon as I have them, and taking applications for his new family.
This might be a Golden opportunity for a family who wants a puppy that's already house trained and started obedience training.
