Our Holiday Hours For Next Week: Closed Tuesday December 24th And Wednesday December 25th For Christmas Eve And Christmas Day.

We will close on Monday the 23rd at 5pm and remain closed until Thursday December 26th at 8am for The Christmas Holiday.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours For Next Week Are As Followed:

Our Clinic Will Close On Wednesday November 27th At 12pm And Remain Closed Until Monday December 2nd At 8am To Observe The Thanksgiving Holiday.

You may leave a voice-mail or send an email for appointment or medication request while we are closed and someone will be in contact After Reopening on Monday December 2nd at 8am.

We want to give our clients and patients enough time prior to our Holiday Hours next week to call in medication requests to make sure our patients that are on daily medications have enough to get through the holiday.
