You know something. I really think that people lack the concept of respecting other people's time. For example, when you make an appointment with me, I explained to you that you need to bring me a copy of the up-to-date certificate of vaccination for your pet. That means up-to-date. Current not expired. Certificate of vaccination for your pet that you're bringing in don't come into my business and try to bring me two different papers for two different dogs that are both expired. Make me wait a whole entire hour well you sit in your truck on the phone trying to get the right paperwork that you should have had since you walked in the door for your appointment also which is way more than I even give people time to get a hold of the company that gave their dog the vaccinations to get a copy of the right paper that we needed. The man proceeds to come into my shop with an attitude yelling at me. That oh I told you he had is records. I told you that he had his shots, brings me the paper that I waited over an hour for and it still expired and takes his dog with an attitude yelling at me telling me off because I didn't do it when they're the ones who try to pull a fast one on me and lie bringing me false records and not having current up-to-date records for their dog. But oh because you're from mora I'm supposed to cater to you. No sorry it's not going to happen. I've had people come all the way from Texas and make sure that they have their stuff right. I've have people who walk in realize that their papers are expired. Call the vet, go to the vet and pick up the bright papers and come back within 20 minutes and then not be a major issue like I don't understand why it's so hard for people to take their dogs to get their damn shots. It's the same responsibilities of having kids. You have to take them to the doctors you have to wipe their asses. You're responsible for their well-being but a dog. I don't know what drives me. Absolutely nuts! You messaged me last minute that you can't bring your dog. After you confirmed ..... Well when you reschedule your next appointment, you're going to be charged for it. I am sick and tired of my time being wasted because people can't take the time to get their stuff together. It's not my responsibility to make copies to take the animals to the vets to do any of this. I shouldn't even have to remind people to do this. These are your pets. This is your responsibility, not mine. I do a courtesy enough reminding the day before of your appointments because nobody would show up if I didn't do that. But who cares right? That grooming is my only source of income. I don't have two, three other jobs. This is not a hobby for me not to mention my rate for rent went up. Shampoos are expensive. Maintaining my clipper blades and scissors is expensive. I have to clean up p**s and s*** all day because nobody bothers to take their pets potty before they come in like seriously. There's no respect for what I do but we're just going to continue to waste my time till the day I end up closing and then we'll see who really appreciate it and who really needed me, my services and my time
