I thought it would be fun (haha) to video part of my weekend spent sewing padded neckpieces.

I am not sure what people think when they see my booth all set up, but this is a tiny piece of what goes in to prepping in order to streamline my actual "day of" sewing. My average per-neckpiece sewing time is 2 1/2 minutes, obviously that does not count the time shopping for and ordering the materials, cutting and cleaning up the incredible mess that minky fur makes, maintaining my sewing machines, scissors etc. or my time. This 45 minute video shows me sewing about 20 (I did not count lol). I think I ended up finishing around 150 pieces, which I then rolled up and fastened with a long pin for easier storage and organization. I sewed pretty much all weekend, Saturday I started at 4am and finished at 1am (technically Sunday morning), Sunday I started again at 7am and sewed until 10:30 pm. Occasionally I stopped to let dogs out, eat and do chicken chores. I left the house Saturday to go to the feed store for goat hay, straw and shavings to prep for being gone at CanAm this week and UFLI Champs in 2 weeks. I also sewed about 50 bungees for bottle tugs and Eva bungee tugs, and did a lot of cleaning out my sewing room. I found a couple of bins of half finished items and lost orders :( . I am streamlining some of my stuff, I hate throwing things away but I finally caved in and things I've not used for 10 years ended up in my dumpster, and I donated a ton of rope and fleece to my friends on Touch N Go for their tournament prize and raffle projects. So if you'd like to see some ASMR of me sewing, in rainbow color order of course, enjoy.
