Our potato are starting to pop up from their bags. We will continue to fill these pots as the potatoes grow. They will eventually be 24” tall with a nice peak flap so we can keep an eye on them as they grow. We anticipate 20-40 potatoes per bag

Hardening off the tomatoes! Hoping for a spring solstice planting Does anyone have any adverse opinions about using cedar bark wood chips on their tomato beds?
I used them on my strawberry bed last year to help propagation of some of the crowns. Seemed to work pretty well.

What a glorious May! Here comes June!
I’m spending a few days checking and repairing any irrigation leaks, picking strawberries, cutting runners and getting ready for the heat.
Mixing up some strawberry jalapeño “Backyard Jam” and finally some lunch with our heirloom tomatoes & fresh garden basil
