Look at our harvesters gooooo! 🍄‍🟫🙌🏽

Our farm produces over 1500 lbs of mushrooms a week and grow 10+ varieties all at once, which is a lot to manage! But our harvesting team have really gotten to know each variety and take pride in ensuring they grab the mushrooms at their peak but also handle them gently and carefully.

They are diligent, dependable, and masters at their craft and we can’t thank them enough for helping us to ensure we deliver top notch mushrooms to you all 🍄‍🟫🙌🏽

All 3 varieties are $7 per quarter pound and will be available until supplies last at this weekend’s Farmers’ Markets! We don’t have much so RUN, don’t walk!

There are so many ways you can use mushrooms! We had to share our homemade Desert Moon Mushroom Sushi roll (vegan, of course) We used Pink Oyster, Yellow Oyster, Pioppino, Pretzel Cap and some veggies for the inside and Maitake as a crumble for the topping.

We used a little liquid smoke to make them even more umami and delicious. If you look closely, you can see some of our little mushies sitting on top!
