Oh Cinnamon Roll, our sweet as icing girl. Today we want to celebrate you and your first year in the world! The time you were at The Bully Brewhouse you always seemed to find a way in Brewed Up Mama’s arms. You looked just like your Auntie GG so it was hard not to keep you too. You were the second tiniest next to your brother Benny. I loved your neck rolls and painted heart on your chest. I loved that you and Pancake looked like twins at one point. I loved your sass and seriousness but you had a deeply soft and loving side at the same time. You took to potty training first. You knew to bark to go outside and you did NOT like soiling your blankets by accident. You always let us know. We tried to be quick in order one by one —always starting with you. For second I thought you were the dominant one of the bunch but I quickly learned that was not true. You were just the smart, tidy, clean one. 🤗

You found your person quick and he kept your name the same. He became a perfect daddy and you became his best friend in the truest form.🥹 Selfishly we really wanted to keep you but we are so glad we never took that opportunity away from where you were meant to be. The story of when you finally met your match is one that deserves to be told.

It’s a story of alignment. It’s a story of the perfect match. It’s a story where you see some things are made perfect in heaven and come to earth as sweet as can be.

Benny the one who kept going…the one who made it!

Oh Benny….little eggs Benedict. At first you were like the rest but you quickly fell behind. It was like you weren’t quite ready to detach from moms cord. Inside you were fed equally and things went down and digested nice and smooth. Outside the womb you struggled every single day. Every time you ate it would aspirate through your nose. Then you would struggle to breathe. We stayed with the suction machine non stop. Sometimes we would have to revive you and bring you back from a state of unconsciousness because you lost supply to air. Nearly drowning in moms milk. 😭 CPR, quick flips, and the strength to get it up and out. To gasp and breathe again…

Very quickly we had to pull you from mom and bottle feed for most of your meals. Her flow was too much and too fast for you. We knew you needed her milk because it’s so much better for your immune system and replacement formula doesn’t have the antibodies that you need. So you stayed sick. We had to run a course of antibiotics more than once. Somehow you managed to skip past pneumonia though. Our biggest fear. Aspiration pneumonia that claims the lives of so many new born pups…

We anticipated that you weren’t going to make it. Every single meal would spew from your nose at some point. If it wasn’t milk it was due to a respiratory infection. By 8 weeks you were still blowing water from the bowl out of your little nose.

But Benny….you had someone very special love you from the very beginning. She had her name all over you and we told her we wouldn’t place you with anyone else but we didn’t want to place you yet bc we really didn’t know if you would live past 4 weeks. Benny, they called this special someone the towns GMA because every kid was welcome to her home and everyone called her grandma whether she was blood or not. This special someone was the person who could see right past the chaos and your health crisis. She could see right into your heart and she never gave up on you.

Neither did we and boy did you prove that you are a fighter! Strong, fierce, un-afraid—we love you tiny warrior!

It is with great honor to celebrate your first year of life on earth! HBD BA Benny! 😍

The first picture is the photo that Sunny’s new family picked him out of and sent to us from the first moment we saw them. They new 🤣 We didn’t know at that time of course if they would for sure get him because they were literally less than an hour old. Sure enough, they ended up getting the leg they picked out 🤣

Sunny now goes by the name of Gizmo and these were photos after they sent me a screenshot of the turkey leg that I had sent them as he grew a little more.😊

Sunny Side Up 😭😭 You don’t go by Sunny anymore but oh how you are the sunshine of life the right side up. We loved you since the very first day we met you. Now, we love you even more Gizmo and what you do for your family.

You are your dad’s identical twin and we always say we could have kept you at home but somewhere in our hearts we knew you weren’t meant to stay with us. You were meant to leave and grow with your own family. A beautiful, kind, all hands and hearts in kind of family.

They knew you were for them too. They pointed out your little leg in the very first photo within minutes after you were born. Not your whole body or your face..just your leg bc it was peeping out from the corner and creeping into the group photo.

They waited for you before you even were made in Mama Hana’s belly. A spot reserved waiting for their newest fur baby to arrive. They didn’t know what you looked like. They didn’t even know if you would be a boy or a girl. They just knew you were one day going to come to them. Then, you did and you totally stole their hearts.

They held you when you were so tiny yet whole.

You made your family giggle at barely 4 weeks old. Now you make them smile ear to ear wherever you are. They keep you safe. You keep them warm. You prefer everyone together—-your entire family. You love them each differently but all the same. For now you are doing a good job holding your mama Kari and being her strength especially on the harder days.

Gizmo, I could have never imagined a better life for you. You make us so proud.

We love you endlessly and you will always have a place here. Keep making us proud serving your purpose sweet boy.

This day is for you my precious girl …..Celebrating Pancakes 1st Year of life! Oh my gosh, this girl was HARD to give up!! She was the first to find her home in Virginia. She learned her new name quick (Kao) and the last couple days she had really connected with with Brewed Up Mama’s heart.

Before they leave we try to really focus on that dog only with a lot of 101 attention. We get our last bonding time with them and try to reinforcerce everything we taught them.

She was the youngest baby we ever had leave the nest at 8 weeks…I know that sounds pretty normal but typically we hang onto them for 10-12 weeks bc of ear procedures and potty training. However, as a companion pet— her mom opted to keep her ears natural. Which was fine; but that meant she wanted her sooner. So she had to master crate training faster than everyone else and she did! 😭 She was the first to learn commands. She was very attentive always sitting at my feet. She liked to snuggle. She had this uncanny ability to jerk tears from our eyes over and over.

I asked Brewed Up Papa….”I know she has a short tail but are you sure we shouldn’t keep her? She’s the smartest pup so far and the sweetest. I just love her 😭😭😭” He said, “yes we need to be more strict on what who we keep because we are running out of room and also it helps better our selective breeding practices.” Tears filled ours eyes watching her cuddle with Brewed Up Papa…Tears filled our eyes as we left the Brewhouse to the airport….tears filled our eyes when we saw her new mom….tears filled our eyes when we handed her over and tears filled our eyes to leave her. I knew she was in good hands with Dr. Brenda but this girl was and will always be special. Today, she is Dr. Brenda’s cuddle bug, she gives her the best hugs, and gets away with just about whatever she wants! It felt bitter to let her go but sweet to let her be loved. Bittersweet moments that live in our hearts forever!

Our reaction to seeing our new pocket bully babies for the first time! Happy 1st Year to the Bully Breakfast Club! You guys bring so much light into the world in many different places and fill many different hearts the same way you filled ours the moment we saw you. The tide just hit the East Coast, and we’re about to make waves 🌊 … Overboard.
On February 17th, we shipped some determined little swimmers from Las Vegas all the way to Hyde Park, Vermont. ⏰ Less than 24 hours later, on the 18th, they were placed with precision using a method called TCI (transcervically) — a non-surgical procedure where a small camera guides a catheter directly into the uterus for maximum effectiveness.

The collection still showed 585.07 million viable swimmers on arrival — strong, focused, and ready to work. 😯

And MAN did they go OVERBOARD…
On March 19th (about half way baked), ultrasound confirmed what looks like a BIG BUNCH Ae**us Bullies

Overboard is shipping strong, coast to coast — and proving he’s more than just structure.
He’s performance. He’s power. He’s showing why he’s truly next level.

That face you make when you know you are at grandmas for a little while now…..around here the Brewed Up babies call The BossLady Nicky….NiNi G ‼️Let me explain; It’s Nicky short for Nichole, Nick Nick short for Nicky, and NiNi short for Nick Nick. The G short for grandma or because she’s cool and a little savage all at the same time; especially since her grandchildren are 99% ALL American Bullies besides Molly of course.🤷🏻‍♀️

Overboard, back in his Louisiana roots 🐊 —where it all began.
Born in the bayou, raised under the Vegas sun 🌞, and now sending baby Overboards all the way to Vermont, USA where Athena (his newest expecting baby mother) lives and will welcome his legacy. Ae**us Bullies 👈 (like for baby updates)

He sat like a king in this moment, looking out across land and legacy…
then ran off like MAN OVERBOARD 🙈
But the second I said “Want a treat?”—he stopped dead in his tracks and turned back around.
Because no matter how far we go, some things never change.

Fun fact: Vermont has more cows than people—so his pups are headed somewhere with fresh air, wide open fields, and room to grow into everything he passed down.
