Join us January 3 for our New Year’s Farm Stand celebration. Pick from the winter gardens, grab some winter herbal remedies or order custom made. Also, best sourdough bread in the valley! Sourdough Paninis and hot soup, fresh cold pressed juices, and I could go on, but you should come and see for yourself. Stroll the gardens. Sit a while. Eat, drink, buy gifts, and be merry! ❤️🙏

It has been a long time, but seems some bug has gotten to me- head cold symptoms. All garden fresh medicine for the day. Vitamin A is important for respiratory conditions, so I will juice up these carrots. Protein is important to keep my immune system strong, so I will cook up a bunch of greens and herbs with potatoes, mushrooms, and local fresh eggs. The rest of this will be salad with an herbed vinegar to aid digestion. The honey paste contains ashwagandha, reishi, Maitaki, turmeric and ginger. The tea here is catnip, peppermint and fennel. I am also drinking other herb teas and hot lemonade made with homey and cayenne. I will lick this thing so I can get back with my clients. And i will rest through the holidays and take walks under the warm sun.
