Introducing Aphrodite, left, and Aurora, right.

They are female Jack Russell Terriers who came from a terrible hoarding and neglect situation in northern Kansas.

They are terrified at the shelter but are slowly coming around (popcorn chicken and wet food go a long way)!

Special thanks to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter for getting these beautiful ladies to us today!

This dog was found running around downtown Larned.

He is at the Larned Vet Clinic. Please call them at 620-285-3153 to identify/claim if it is yours!

Does anyone recognize this handsome, friendly boy? He was turned into the Humane Society Friday as a stray. If you know who he belongs to please let us, and them, know.

This is Luna. She is spayed. Up to date on shots as of 1/2025. She was housed with another dog and they were playful/slept with one another. We have a 2 year old toddler and she was sweet with her. Please call Mallory at 562-631-4702 and/or Joseph at 951-742-3917 if interested.

They are asking for a small rehoming fee of $50.00.

April needs: Dry adult dog food, dry adult cat food, dry kitten food, Windex, paper towels, bleach, and dog treats.

We are also in need of more live animal traps for our TNR program as well as plastic cabinets and/or totes for laundry (per state regulations).
