BREAKING: DUI checkpoints and increased patrols are planned across parts of Luzerne County this weekend. Police in Jackson, Kingston, Dallas, Fairview and Lehman townships will step up DUI enforcement from Friday through Sunday, according to the Luzerne County Traffic Safety Coordinator.
