As many of you know, I have been out on medical leave and, unfortunately, had to temporarily close the salon while focusing on my health and recovery.
This has been an incredibly difficult chapter in my life, but I’m grateful to say that some of my most troublesome symptoms (including seizures and involuntary body jerks) have been resolved. While I still have a long way to go and continue to struggle with weakness, pain, and intense vestibular migraines, I have decided that I’m ready to take the leap and slowly make my way back into grooming. 😊🙌🏻
My first official day back will be September 8th!
My return will look a little different than before. In order to protect my health and make this transition sustainable, I will be limiting the number of dogs I can groom each day and reducing my hours. I’ll be posting my updated schedule and availability on Saturday. 🗓️✍️
I am also still accepting new clients on a case-by-case basis. At this time, however, I am unable to accept new dogs over 45 lbs or doodle clients over 35 lbs. Of course, I will keep everyone updated if and when that changes.
I kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and grace as I navigate this new chapter and adapt to a life that looks different than the one I had before. There may be adjustments along the way as I learn what my body can handle, but I am so excited to get back to doing something I truly love and to seeing all of you and your wonderful pups again. 🐶🩷
Thank you all so much for your support, kindness, patience, and understanding during this time. It truly means more to me than I can put into words.
I can’t wait to see you and your pups again soon!! 🫶🥹
