Maligators dog training specializes in basic obedience, advanced obedience and behavior modification.

We offer Private in-home lessons, Group classes and our most popular board and train.

This past weekend was epic! Christina and Mello attempted and completed both legs of there PSA 1. Taking first place on Sunday.
A dog we were told wasn’t capable of achieving this, did it in stunning fashion!
The amount of time put into this achievement simply can’t be measured.
Hard work payed off!
It was also Mello’s birthday weekend

Welcome Miss Suni! She is finishing up her training and will be looking for her forever home!
She would do best as the only dog but has been exposed to other dogs and can coexist but still has moments of unsureness, something that we are continuing to work on.
She has very high prey drive and will not do well with cats or small dogs.

She will need a stronger handler that has experience with the higher drive breeds as they can be very mouthy, strong willed and will need an active lifestyle to keep her mentally stimulated.

She loves playing fetch and going for walks and can relax if she has enough exercise throughout the day.

Her breed is still TBD but given her looks and personality we feel she has some Australian kelpie for sure.
She will continue to stay with us until a suitable foster or forever home is available.

Houston is finishing up his 3 week board and train with us. He had some bad habits at home being food aggressive and resource guarding certain areas. He did not have any reliable commands.
Now having commands that he understands and follows, more structure at home with boundaries he will better understand his place and not think he is in charge anymore!
