Meet Winnie, our November Pet of the Month! 🐾💙

This Mini Bernedoodle puppy has a big personality and a built-in best friend: her big brother, Teddy! The two have been inseparable since Winnie joined the family.

Winnie’s favorite pastime is playing with Teddy, but she also has a mischievous talent for sneaking clothes from the laundry basket and proudly running off with her treasures. 🧦 When the day winds down, you’ll find her snuggled in bed with Teddy, right between Mom and Dad.

Help us give Winnie a big congratulations! 🎉

If your pet is joining the Halloween fun, keep comfort first: choose something that allows easy movement and clear vision, and let them opt out if they seem uncomfortable. A festive bandana—or no costume at all—is always okay. 🎃🐾 Happy Halloween to all!

Planning for Halloween visitors? 🥸

If your pet prefers a quieter evening, consider setting up a comfortable room away from the busy front door during trick-or-treat time.

A little preparation can make the evening easier for everyone. 🎃🐾

Kate is here to share a sweet kitty tip: leave the carrier out in a familiar spot between trips and let your cat explore it at their own pace.

You can place a meal or treat inside to invite a positive experience. 🐱Try leaving your cat’s carrier out in a familiar spot this week.

Calling LVH family angels!

We need some help. Our wonderful client is dealing with a major illness and no longer has the strength to give our patient Xena the care she needs. Read her bio below and give our clinic a call if you are interested in setting up a meet n greet:

"This is Xena she is a beautiful, sweet, gentle girl. Xena is an unspayed purebred Siberian Husky with a beautiful ginger red coat. She is well trained and gentle. She's good with cats, dogs and humans of all ages.

Xena doesn't jump, has never been allowed on the furniture, and knows many commands. She comes with an extra large crate that she adores, a raised dish that she has always been free fed from, a gentle leader that she has always used, a bottom she will press to let you know she needs to go out, and six rubber squeaker balls that she believes are her children.

She is up to date on her rabies and distemper vaccines. our family is dealing with a cancer diagnosis and does not have the time or ability to give her the love and attention she deserves. She is looking for a home where she will get walks or a backyard to play in. "
