✨ Important Update from Classy Tails Pet Grooming ✨

We’re excited to share some changes that will make things easier for everyone! 🐾

💌 The Good News:
• You’ll now receive automatic text and email reminders for your pet’s appointments.
• No more forgetting or scrambling — the system keeps you updated!
• We’re still the same caring, family-run team who loves your pets like our own. 💕

⚠️ The Necessary Part:
• Because Amanda is the only groomer, every appointment matters.
• There is now a $25 fee for no-call/no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
• After 3 no-shows, we will no longer be able to book future appointments.
• All bookings will now require a card on file (securely stored by Square).

These changes help us keep things fair, reduce no-shows, and ensure we can continue supporting our families while giving your pets the best care possible.

July 1st is National ID your pet day; this is for pet owners to ensure their pet's identification information, including tags and microchip details, is up-to-date. This is crucial for helping reunite lost pets with their owners. With 4th of July in a few days it’s a good time to make sure if something happens it’s easier for your pet to get back to you.
