It's official!

Our Good Boys Holland and Delta are now officially certified in all of their disciplines-- patrol apprehension and guns, ammunition, and explosives detection!

The nose knows... earlier this month they passed their explosive materials sniff test, so now they're able to use their snouts to assist us on calls involving the possibility of bombs and other explosive devices.

Please join us in congratulating these furry four-legged crime-fighters and their human counterparts, Officers Abudulla and Callahan on the completion of this final milestone!

Congratulations to one of our favorite Deputy’s and Trainers Deputy Rumker (AKA DUKE NUKEM) and his new partner Atlas! Atlas will be trained by Deputy Rumker to locate Narcotics and missing people both good and bad! The good ones will experience kisses and loves and the bad ones a slow agonizing moment of regret for dumb decisions! This will be a team to reckon with in Nye County!

Sometimes violence begets violence! As humans we must hunt the wicked of this world and outside of humans the K9 mind has the next highest predatory asset to the law enforcement arsenal! Blood they don’t care, it excites them, fear is not a part of their vocabulary, team/pack hunting is their way and when a solid team gets the job done sometimes ya get kicked in the face! But we don’t quit we finish strong and we work hard to be better each time we deploy! To all of our K9 partners and handlers! We salute you and thank you for the work you do every night. Thankyou for protecting our constitutional rights and defending laws enacted by our elected officials!
