Hi everyone!
My name is Deb, and I’m a trainer for gluten detection. I work with dogs to teach both an alert for the presence of gluten and an all clear when it’s not detected, helping individuals with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease navigate their daily lives with more confidence and safety.
I’ve also been working with Dawn Norton Scheu as an intern, gaining hands on experience and continuing to grow my skills in this field.

If anyone needs a celiac safe restaurant Flights of Fancy Restaurant in waterford that has dedicated gf fryers. The garlic and rosemary fries are delicious!! Luna cleared all the food.

What animal has the most scent receptors?
Horse looking for their scent. Horses have great noses too!!
Studies show that dogs have a sense of smell that is 100 times more powerful than ours. This is due to the number of odor-detecting receptors in their nose: while we only have around 6 million receptors in our noses, dogs have approximately 300 million! Compared to a horse’s estimated 25 million.
